Victorian Eccentricity
This whimsical fireplace embodies the Victorian period. It is a celebration of marble in its infinite variety, featuring five different marbles, namely, breccia marrone, verde antico, Cornish serpentine, Belgian black and arabescato marble.
The wide shelf sits above the gently arched frieze, which is supported by pairs of Serpentine pilasters mounted on generous footblocks.
Original marble fender included. (Fender measurements: 171cms wide, 15.5cms high, 43cms deep, 72cms deep from wall.)
