An Arts & Crafts, Edwardian period solid oak antique overmantle in the Jacobean style. The cornice with carved dentil detail sits above three arched recessed niches each arch topped by small rosettes. The outer pair of niches frame a single stylised stemmed rose panel, the central niche panel has a similar stem bearing five stylised roses. These are flanked by a pair of baluster columns surmounted by finely carved goats masks.
