A Neoclassical style cast iron fireplace surround with a classic Georgian ogee frieze of scrolling acanthus leaves and with intricately entwined climbing floral, foliate and cherubic decoration around the opening stemming from twin vases resting on the foot blocks.
English, Diamond Registration mark for 1867, possibly Coalbrookdale.
