A compact carved walnut antique chimneypiece in the Italian Renaissance manner with an ornately carved frieze flanked by cavorting putti on the endblocks above fluted columns with elaborately carved corinthian capitals and scrolled decoration fronting the jambs and resting on simple footblocks.
