DARK CHOCOLATE: A tall and slim highly unusual glazed white terracotta fireplace surround in dark chocolate brown, the frieze centred by a rectangular plaque with brass vents to either side and two pairs of tiled lion masks on the end blocks above floral decoration tumbling down the jambs supported on substantial footblocks.
Mid 19th century.
