A large and attractive antique cast iron fire surround in the Neoclassical style. The breakfront shelf, above dentil and foliate detailed bands, rests above the stop fluted frieze with its decorative central panel of an urn surrounded by scrolling foliage and flowers.The end blocks are set with rosette paterae and the opening is framed by strings of linked buds and ribboned flowers.
