One of a near pair, with SNo 7566, of very large Italian Palazzo antique chimneypieces in Rouge Verona Marble. The scrolled bracketed frieze supporting a large moulded shelf over a deeply moulded Bolection on plain footblocks.
Italian, 17th century Bolection surmounted by a later entabluture and shelf.
