French Louis XVI white Statuary Marble Fireplace with fine Ormolu detail. The elegantly moulded shelf rests above an ormolu mounted panelled frieze flanked by ormolu acanthus endblocks. The jambs with half round fluted columns embellished with delicate ormolu detail and with further ormolu beading around the opening. Shown here with firegrate SNo 14266.
