A Louis XVI style antique fireplace surround in finely veined grey Bardiglio marble. The moulded shelf set above a simple panelled frieze flanked by cushioned panels on the enblocks supported by a pair of scrolled acanthus corbelled and panelled jambs terminating with lion paw feet resting on substantial footblocks. French late 19th century.
