A Louis XV Rococo antique fireplace surround carved in veined reddish brown Rouge Royale marble with an asymmetric scrolled cartouche on the serpentine, panelled frieze and with similar detail on the endblocks set above angled panelled jambs flanking the opening.
French early 19th century.
