A charming cast iron steel and brass fire basket in the Aesthetic Movement style. The cast iron back is decorated with a sunburst motif, over a foliate tablet, and this is mounted on a balustrade style fire grate in steel. The whole is supported on stylised floral andirons, very much in the Aesthetic movement taste.
