One pair of three pairs, with SNos 11829 & 11826, of elaborately carved terracotta wall sculptures depicting scrolled cartouche each with twin cornucopia from which tumble abundant fruits and flowers.
Provenance: Purportedly made by James Pulham & Son of Architectural Terra Cotta, Broxbourne, Hertfordshire for the former Crosse & Blackwell Pickle Warehouse in Charing Cross Rd, London. The fruits possibly representing the ingredients of their famous Branston & Piccalilli Pickles.
