A small Regency antique fireplace surround in Statuary and inlaid Spanish Brocatelle marble. The frieze, beneath the moulded shelf, is inset with fluted Brocatelle panels and is centred by a Brocatelle roundel echoed on the end blocks. The plain inlaid fluted jambs are raised on simple foot blocks. Provenance known. English, early 19th century.
